Performance & Growth Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a Performance & Growth Lead to define how our marketing efforts translate into measurable impact. This is not a hands-on execution role.

You will define and lead performance strategies within the broader marketing direction, guide execution, and ensure we continuously improve outcomes across regions and channels, strengthening how marketing contributes to broader business outcomes and attracts and converts high-quality talent.

What You'll Do

• Define performance strategy Translate business and hiring priorities into a clear multi-channel growth approach Define how channels contribute across the funnel (awareness → conversion)
• Define channel roles, investment logic, and optimisation frameworks
• Bring structure to how paid and organic efforts work together Own performance outcomes Define and own global performance KPIs, with accountability for both volume and quality of results Turn performance data into clear decisions and priorities, identifying and scaling opportunities for improvement across channels and regions Own execution quality (via teams and partners) Set direction for investment, campaign approach, and optimisation, ensuring high-quality execution across paid channels Raise capability and consistency across teams through clear standards, frameworks, and best practices Lead agencies
• Set direction for media and performance partners, challenging plans and holding agencies accountable for results Define measurement direction (with you) Ensure performance is measured against meaningful business outcomes, partnering on tracking, dashboards, and data quality.
• Leverage performance insights to inform content, campaigns, and website optimisation
• Drive consistency across regions
• Establish performance principles and guardrails, raising the standard of performance marketing across teams and regions

Who You Are

• 8 - 12 years in performance marketing, growth or demand generation Strong experience across paid channels, with a strategic, not execution-only lens
• Proven track record of owning performance outcomes
• Experience leading agencies and driving execution through others
• Strong analytical thinking, you turn data into decisions, not just reports, with a solid understanding of measurement, tracking, attribution, and their inherent limitations
• Experience working across multiple markets or stakeholder groups
• You’re comfortable in environments where not everything is fully defined yet and you know how to bring structure without slowing things down.
• You are accountable for how campaigns are structured, optimised, and improved, and you stay close enough to the work to ensure quality
• You bring a commercial and marketing lens beyond martech or analytics infrastructure
• You actively lead and challenge agencies instead of managing them passive
