Your MissionAt AIRE Ancient Baths, we create experiences that transform. We are now looking for a Growth Digital Manager to lead and scale our digital acquisition and retention strategies globally.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You will own growth end-to-end, combining data, creativity, and execution to drive measurable business impact, leading the global digital growth strategy, maximizing performance across acquisition channels (Organic, Paid Media, SEO) while building a strong CRM foundation to drive retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
What You Will Do
- Acquisition
- Define and lead the global digital acquisition strategy across Paid Media, SEO, and emerging channels
- Manage and optimize a significant annual budget, ensuring strong ROI and scalability
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute campaigns aligned with business goals
- Balance channel mix (organic vs paid) to maximize efficiency and growth
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and experiments
- Establish and monitor KPIs (CAC, ROAS, qualified traffic, conversions)
- Drive a strong data-driven culture, continuously optimizing performance
- Retention & CRMLead the retention and customer lifecycle strategy across markets
- Design and execute CRM campaigns (email marketing, automation, segmentation)
- Improve customer engagement, repeat purchase, and lifetime value
- Collaborate with tech, operations, and design teams to enhance customer experience
- Define and track key metrics (LTV, retention rate, frequency, engagement)
- Build and scale CRM capabilities, processes, and tools
- Generate actionable insights from user behavior to inform growth strategy
What We Are Looking For
- Experience & Background4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on growth, acquisition, and retention
- Proven experience managing multi-channel strategies (SEO, Paid Media, CRM)
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data, attribution models, and performance tracking
- Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce is a plus)
- Solid understanding of budget management and ROI optimization
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
