As we continue scaling globally, we are looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to support the day-to-day trading and operational management of the SQUATWOLF Ecommerce experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Ecommerce, digital experience, customer journey, and trading performance within a fast-paced retail environment.SQUATWOLF.COM
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management and trading of the SQUATWOLF Ecommerce platform
- Work closely with Ecommerce, Content, Merchandising, and Operations teams to execute trading plans, campaigns, and launches
- Manage product setup, homepage updates, PLPs, PDPs, and landing pages
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns, launches, and key regional trading moments
- Monitor stock availability, product newness, and onsite merchandising to maximize conversion and revenue opportunities
- Assist with Ecommerce operational processes including QA, content updates, campaign setup, and launch readiness
- Support customer journey optimization across mobile, desktop, and checkout experiences
- Monitor Ecommerce KPIs including conversion, AOV, revenue performance, and customer engagement metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve onsite conversion, usability, and customer experience
- Work alongside Technology and UX teams to support website enhancements, testing, and development roadmap initiatives
- Assist in analysing campaign and trading performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay informed on Ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and best practice across digital trading and user experience.
About You
- Passion for fitness, sport or training culture1-3 years of experience with Shopify
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Commercial mindset with an interest in Ecommerce trading and customer behaviour
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills – perfect writen and verbal English
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Passion for Ecommerce, digital experience, and usability.
Desirable ExperienceKnowledge of Google Analytics / GA4Experience within fashion, retail, Ecommerce or consumer brandsUnderstanding of onsite merchandising and Ecommerce trading principles.
