To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a data-driven SEO Specialist (German/English) who will actively contribute to improving our online visibility and driving sustainable growth through strategic and hands-on SEO initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze overall website performance, including traffic, rankings, and user behaviour
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities aligned with business goals
• Proactively suggest and implement SEO improvements (technical, on-page, and off-page)
• Define, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns in alignment with marketing strategy
• Use tools such as Google Analytics and Sistrix to track, report, and interpret performance metrics
• Analyze trends, competitors, and market developments to refine SEO strategies continuously
• Collaborate within the marketing team to ensure SEO best practices align with marketing KPIsYour Profile
• Proven experience in SEO and performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Sistrix, and other SEO tools
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization
• Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven working style
• Fluent in English;
• German is highly preferred
• Experience using relevant AI tools in marketing workflows
• Established and implemented SEO best practices across German and international markets (Europe + additional markets), improving organic visibility and search performance
