Digital Marketing – SEO & Growth (Remote)

This role is designed for a dynamic digital marketer with a strong foundation in SEO, eager to contribute to the growth of innovative startups. The primary focus will be on driving organic traffic through comprehensive SEO strategies, including content optimization, keyword research, backlink building, and technical improvements.

In addition to SEO, you will collaborate on broader marketing and growth initiatives, supporting user acquisition and product expansion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is motivated to make a tangible impact while working closely with founders and cross-functional teams.

Deliverables Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page optimization. Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics. Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing and new content for search engines.

Support growth marketing campaigns, including user acquisition and retention initiatives. Assist in the implementation of technical SEO improvements across web properties. Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Understanding of technical SEO concepts (site structure, page speed, schema markup). Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities in a startup environment.
