We're partnering with a strategy-led digital marketing agency that works with ambitious consumer and B2B brands to drive measurable growth. They combine media, creative and marketing strategy to help clients scale, and they're looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

You'll work across multiple brands, helping develop growth strategies, launch campaigns, analyse performance, identify opportunities, brief creative teams and turn ideas into action. If you're the type of marketer who likes understanding the whole customer journey rather than just managing one channel, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing

• Developing full-funnel marketing and acquisition strategies
• Planning, launching and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Supporting Google Ads and broader customer acquisition initiatives
• Managing budgets, campaign performance and reporting
• Analysing customer behaviour and performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Working closely with creative, web and marketing partners to deliver campaigns
• Running tests across media, creative and customer journeys
• Using emerging AI tools and systems to improve marketing performance and executionWhat they're looking for
• 3-5+ years' experience in digital, growth or performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels and objectives
• Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in business growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Someone who can think strategically but loves getting things done
