The Role

We're recruiting a Content & Campaign Manager on a contract basis for a well-established organisation operating in a regulated, non-commercial environment.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role responsible for turning campaign plans into high-quality execution across content, digital channels, social and events. You'll own day-to-day delivery, coordinate activity across teams, and keep work moving at pace with a high degree of autonomy.

This role suits a confident mid-level marketer who enjoys working independently, exercising sound judgement, and collaborating with senior stakeholders as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Delivery

• Own delivery of campaigns and content across digital channels.
• Write publish-ready copy for email campaigns, websites, blogs, thought leadership and social media.
• Maintain consistency of tone, quality and messaging across channels.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to support content development and editing, with clear human accountability.

Events Support

• Support delivery of events including roundtables, dinners, conferences and expos.
• Coordinate speaker logistics, content and communications.
• Support post-event follow-up activity and content distribution.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate work across teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong judgement on when to progress work and when to escalate.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

• Becomes a trusted delivery lead for campaigns and content.
• Improves consistency, quality and pace of delivery.
• Manages multiple workstreams effectively.
• Works collaboratively across functions in a regulated environment.

Required Experience

Essential

• Experience in a marketing, communications or content-focused role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Experience delivering campaigns across digital channels.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and owning delivery.
