The Assistant Marketing Manager will serve as the core engine driving execution across our creative and content teams. The primary focus of this role is absolute synchronization—bridging the gap between our Design and Quantum teams, ensuring the content calendar is flawlessly executed, and driving daily accountability.
This is an aggressive execution role. You will manage the workflow across three primary regions (UAE, UK, and Saudi Arabia) to ensure all localization is seamless, luxury brand consistency is maintained, and posts are deployed strictly on schedule.
Key Responsibilities1. Cross-Team Coordination & Asset Management
- The Hub: Serve as the main point of contact and bridge between the Design Team and the Quantum Team to put final campaign elements together.
- Workflow Enforcement (Jira): Own our project management portal (Jira). You will audit tickets daily, flag delays, follow up aggressively with assignees, and ensure zero bottlenecks.
- Content Calendar Ownership: Build, maintain, and enforce the daily/weekly content calendar. You ensure that nothing slips through the cracks and all assets are delivered ahead of deadlines.
- Multi-Region & Brand Management
- Three-Country Alignment: Interconnect operations across the UAE, UK, and Saudi Arabia. Ensure communication is fluid and assets are shared dynamically between regions.
- UK Coordinator Collaboration: Partner closely with our UK-based coordinator to seamlessly handle specific localized requests for agents and regional stakeholders.
- Luxury Brand Guardianship: Maintain a deep understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and standards. You will ensure that all content leaving the house—regardless of region—retains its premium, high-end identity.
- Execution & Team Driving
- Punctual Publishing: Take ultimate accountability for timing. Ensure posts, campaigns, and digital assets go live exactly when scheduled.
- In-House Team Management: Drive the internal team on a daily basis. You aren't just checking boxes; you are actively pushing people to meet their deadlines and maintaining high-velocity output.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Assistant Manager, or Traffic Manager, ideally within a luxury brand or premium sector.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on, strong experience using Jira (or equivalent enterprise project management tools) to track, assign, and push tickets.
- Multi-Market Exposure: Experience coordinating across different international regions (specifically Middle East and UK markets is a major plus).
- Skillset: Exceptional organizational skills, an eye for luxury content standards, and a decisive, proactive personality that doesn't wait for things to happen.
