Are you a talented communicator who can write for a CEO one moment and a client newsletter the next?
Count Group is looking for a Content & Corporate Communications Manager to own our written voice across every channel and audience. From adviser newsletters and campaign copy to Board-level communications and PR, this is a role with real breadth, senior visibility and the opportunity to shape how one of Australia's leading financial services groups tells its story.
What you'll be doing
- Owning the content strategy across owned, earned and paid channels — newsletters, articles, email, social and web
- Writing and editing high-quality copy across a range of formats and audiences
- Leading corporate communications including executive messaging, Board papers, investor communications and speeches
- Managing the PR agency relationship — media strategy, editorial calendar, journalist relationships and issues management
- Leading communications for significant milestones including brand launches, acquisitions and industry moments
- Owning Count Group's tone-of-voice guidelines and ensuring consistency across all teams and agencies
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in content or communications roles with strong copywriting and editorial skills
- Experience in financial services, professional services or a regulated environment preferred
- Proven experience managing PR agencies and building media relationships
- Comfortable writing for senior executives and Board-level audiences
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of how content connects to business outcomes
- Discreet, trustworthy and able to handle sensitive corporate content with confidence
- Why join Count Group?
- We're a growing business at an exciting point in our evolution.
- This role sits at the heart of how we communicate — internally, externally and at the highest levels of the organisation.
- You'll have genuine ownership, senior exposure and the chance to build something that lasts.
Professional Growth: At Count, we are committed to fostering your professional development. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and expand your skills and expertise.
