We are currently mandated by one of my clients, a private bank, to recruit their Design Marketing Content Manager. You contribute decisively to shaping, organising and delivering strategic investment content spanning all asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Creative & Visual Design
- Design high-impact presentations, publications, and communication materials
- Transform dense or technical content into visually engaging and easy-to-digest formats
- Develop strong visual concepts, layouts, and storytelling frameworks
- Build clear visual hierarchies and intuitive content flows
- Ensure consistency and refinement across all design outputs
- Maintain a high level of aesthetic quality aligned with a premium environment
- Content Design & Storytelling
- Translate complex ideas into clear, structured, and compelling narratives
- Enhance readability and engagement through design choices
- Support the articulation of key messages through visuals and layout
- Balance creativity with clarity and precision
- Digital & Design Tools
- Use advanced design tools (Adobe suite, etc.) to produce high-quality outputs
- Adapt content seamlessly across digital platforms and formats
- Explore new formats and ways to enhance digital user experience
- Design Governance & Evolution
- Contribute to defining and evolving visual guidelines and design standards
- Ensure consistency across formats, channels, and content types
- Participate in improving production workflows and creative processes
- Promote a strong and cohesive visual culture across teams
- Profile :Experience in private banking / asset management with strong market knowledge.
- Ability to structure complex investment content and create high‑quality editorial/visual materials.
- Advanced InDesign skills and familiarity with regulated financial environments.
- Strengths in financial storytelling, cross‑team coordination and digital content integration.
- Fluent French & English.
