We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to sit at the intersection of product, content, and commercial — someone who can take complex technology and make it land with the people who need it most.
This is a broad, hands-on role. You'll work closely with the CMO, the wider marketing team, and our product and sales functions to build messaging that resonates, content that converts, and campaigns that move the right people to act. You'll be equally comfortable writing a positioning document and briefing a designer — and you'll know the difference between a feature and a benefit.
- What you'll do* Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning for Davidhorn's product suite — translating technical capability into language that means something to investigators, IT leads, and procurement teams* Create and manage product marketing content: web pages, solution briefs, case studies, sales enablement materials, and campaign assets* Own the creation of product collateral, documentation, and training materials — ensuring everything from a one-pager to a product walkthrough is accurate, accessible, and on-brand* Work with external freelancers (design, video) to deliver high-quality output efficiently* Support go-to-market planning for new features and markets — particularly across our European and international footprint* Collaborate with sales and market development on account-based and sector-specific campaigns* Contribute to brand consistency across all product communications
- What we're looking for* 4–7 years in product marketing or a closely related generalist marketing role* Genuine ability to understand technical products and translate them for non-technical audiences — you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be curious and precise* Experience working across international markets or with global brands* Hands-on with content: you've written product copy, case studies, or campaign materials and you care about getting the words right* Comfortable managing external creative partners — designers, writers, developers — and getting the best from them* A good eye for design and an understanding of how visual and written communication work together* Organised, self-directed, and at ease in a lean team where roles are broad
- Bonus if you have* Experience in B2B tech, public sector, or justice/security-adjacent industries* Familiarity with SEO, CMS platforms (WordPress)* Working knowledge of a second European language
