Dils is a leading real estate group in Italy, with a strong track record in the commercial segment (offices, retail, tertiary assets, and investment) and an established presence across the country’s key markets.
In Spain, the group already operates in the premium residential market through Dils Lucas Fox. Now, with the launch of Dils Spain, the company is expanding into the commercial real estate segment in the Spanish market, replicating the business model it has already successfully consolidated in Italy.
The selected candidate will be the second member of the department and will take on a highly executive, versatile role with significant autonomy. They will be supported by the Dils Lucas Fox marketing team (10 professionals), external resources, and the Italy-based team, although they will not have direct reports at the initial stage.
We are looking for a hands-on profile, comfortable working in evolving and fast-building environments, with a strong results-driven mindset and the ability to drive projects from early stages.
Role Purpose
To support the Marketing and Communications Director in the setup and day-to-day operational management of the Dils Spain department, ensuring the execution of corporate events, external communications, and the production of commercial and advertising support materials, while acting as a key liaison with the Italy-based team for daily operations.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Dils Spain commercial and research teams, providing support to their activities and contributing to the joint development of the company’s value proposition in the Spanish market.
Responsibilities
- Events
- End-to-end management of corporate and business events, including briefing, selection and coordination of external agencies, production follow-up, and on-site execution.
- Coordination of external suppliers, including venues, catering, audiovisual production, and event support staff.
- Budget control and timeline management for each project, including post-event reporting and evaluation.
- Communications
- Support in managing Dils Spain’s corporate communications under the direction of the Marketing & Communications Director.
- Day-to-day coordination with the external communications agency (press office), including monitoring media plans, deliverables, and brand reputation.
- Development of corporate content and messaging across different channels, as well as media monitoring and performance reporting.
- Management of social media content, primarily LinkedIn, including copywriting, scheduling, and publishing.
- Marketing Materials & Collateral
- Production and management of all marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, leaflets, signage, and point-of-sale materials.
- Briefing and coordination of external creative and print suppliers, ensuring quality control, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
- Management and ongoing update of the company’s marketing asset library.
- Liaison with Italy
- Acting as the main day-to-day contact point with the Italian headquarters marketing team.
- Requesting and managing materials, resources, and support from Italy, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Participation in regular meetings with the Italian team, with occasional travel if required.
- Sponsorships
- Management of company sponsorship relationships, including identifying opportunities, coordinating agreements, and monitoring commitments.
- Coordination of brand visibility linked to sponsorships, including materials, event presence, and activations.
Requirements
- Education
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Background in Communications or Journalism: experience in a client-side corporate environment is valued (not exclusively agency-based).
Additional training in Marketing, Events, or Corporate Communications is a plus.
Experience5–7 years of experience in similar Marketing and/or Communications roles.
Proven experience in event management and production, including coordination with agencies and suppliers.
Experience in corporate communications, including PR agency management, content writing, and media relations.
Experience producing marketing materials and coordinating with creative suppliers.
Experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
