As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Recruiter to help attract, engage, and onboard top-performing real estate professionals.

This is an office-based role for a recruiter who understands the Dubai real estate market and has a proven track record of successfully recruiting real estate agents within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and recruit experienced real estate brokers and property consultants across Dubai.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and industry contacts to identify top talent.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with management and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring performance.
• Promote the House Hunters employer brand across recruitment channels and social media platforms.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Previous recruitment experience within the Dubai real estate sector.
• Proven success in recruiting real estate brokers, property consultants, or related real estate professionals.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and brokerage landscape.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
