• What We Want You to Have
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, with proven expertise in Temporary Staffing / IT recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team-leading role (for Manager level) or readiness to step up (for Assistant Manager level)
• Solid HR knowledge and hands-on recruitment experience
• Strong business acumen to evaluate client needs and propose cost-effective HR solutions
• Creative, willing to learn, and determined to become a market-leading recruitment expert
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Excel (especially cost projection/modeling), Word, and PPTExtroverted personality, excellent communication and negotiation skills, highly self-motivated, and a strong team player

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts, providing instant recruitment support and professional HR solutions
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients
• Oversee the full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment activities, including onboarding and offboarding for assigned accounts
• Supervise and develop existing outsourced staff, handling general HR inquiries and escalating complex issues when needed
• Lead or support cost projection development in Excel to evaluate business profits and risks(For Manager level) Mentor junior consultants, contribute to team performance, and assist in strategic account planning
