About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-performing Recruitment Manager (360 Consultant) to join our Hong Kong office.
This role offers unique market flexibility: depending on your expertise and shifting market demands, you have the agility to build and focus on various specialized desks (e.g., Banking, Asset Management, Front-to-Back Office, or emerging sectors) without being rigidly boxed into one vertical forever.
This is a pure 360-degree role combining high-level business development with candidate delivery, offering a transparent path from Manager to Director.
Responsibilities
- 360 Desk Execution & Revenue Generation Flexible Market Positioning: Own and drive a specialized 360 recruitment desk.
- Based on market potential and personal strength, you can pivot or expand into different high-value sectors over time.
- Business Development: Hunt, pitch, and secure new job mandates within the Hong Kong and regional markets.
- Build strong talent pipelines and client relationships.
- End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full candidate lifecycle—from mapping, headhunting, screening, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Regional Collaboration & Mobility Cross-Border Synergy: Leverage CGP’s global network to collaborate on cross-border mandates and execute split-fee referral placements with regional offices.
- Global Mindset: Actively participate in regional knowledge sharing.

- Tech-Driven Sourcing AI Optimization: Embrace CGP's internal AI tools, automation scripts, and advanced sourcing platforms to reduce administrative workload and accelerate delivery speed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of agency recruitment experience, with a proven track record as a top-billing 360 Consultant.
- Experience in financial services or specialized corporate sectors is highly preferred.
- Agility: A versatile recruiter who can adapt to different market sectors and desks as the market evolves.
- Track Record: Proven history of hitting personal billing targets and successfully onboarding new corporate clients.
- Global Aspiration: Open to cross-border collaboration, with an interest in exploring regional career mobility opportunities in the future.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is highly advantageous).
