We are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Finance & Accounting.
- Proven track record of delivery (placements, billings, client development, or candidate management)
- Strong proactiveness and self-drive
- High learning agility and willingness to adapt in a fast-changing market
- True team player who contributes beyond individual results
- Strong communication skills and a professional mindset
