Talent Acquisition Specialist – KSA Market | Dubai-based Role We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support recruitment efforts across our KSA operations. This role is based in Dubai and requires prior experience recruiting in Saudi Arabia.
This opportunity is open to fluent Arabic speakers only.
Key Responsibilities
- 🔹 KSA Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in Saudi Arabia, from sourcing to onboarding.🔹 Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify and shortlist suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.🔹 Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers for seamless candidate assessments.🔹 Offer & Onboarding: Prepare offers, facilitate onboarding processes, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires in KSA.🔹 Recruitment Tracking: Provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Additional HR Support:HR Documentation: Prepare offers, contracts, and onboarding forms for KSA hires.
- Onboarding Coordination: Support onboarding activities, collect necessary documents, and facilitate a smooth handover to HR/Admin teams.HRMS Maintenance: Update employee records accurately in the HR management system.
- Record Management: Keep employee files organized and ensure all documentation is properly stored.
- General HR Assistance: Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on the KSA market
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks
