This role will be based in our San Francisco office, on a hybrid basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to the Director of Attorney Talent Acquisition.
The Attorney Talent Acquisition Specialist will help manage the full cycle recruitment process for our Northern California lateral associates, non-track attorneys, and OCI/summer/first-year associate programs. This role will also provide additional support to the lateral shareholder recruitment process and other offices as needed.
The successful candidate will play a key part in building attorney candidate pipelines, coordinating recruitment efforts, and supporting talent initiatives firmwide.

The Expected Pay Range For This Position Is
$100,000 to $110,000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
