Now Hiring: Senior Talent Acquisition SpecialistCompensation: $95,000-$105,000 per yearSBM's Talent Acquisition team is growing—We're seeking brand representatives and strategic recruiting partners to hire for corporate and operations leaders across the U.S.This role will partner closely with Senior Corporate and Operations leadership to build partnerships, preemptively address hiring needs through pipeline development and champion a business understanding of complex and multi-operational client portfolios.
What You’ll DoPartner directly with Hiring Managers on recruiting needs and evolving team needs.
Own the Corporate/Operations recruiting strategy of the assigned portfolios/industries.
Provide updates on pipeline health and candidate communication.
Mentor and coach management on recruiting strategies and interview best practices.
Creatively source, network and advertise for roles through multiple channels for active and passive hiring.

Confident in presenting active and passive talent to senior leadership and executives.
Strategic and adaptable to learning and owning portfolios across fields to hire optimal industry-specific talent.
