The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing long term recruitment strategies and managing the recruiting process throughout the region, which includes working with staff at all levels to ensure that candidates are sourced, screened, recruited, and guided through the onboarding process.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is also responsible for managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as well as developing relationships with colleges, universities and trade schools that have construction management degree programs to build a network of potential candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring Clune hires the best possible employees.

Experience working in construction industry is a plus. In-depth knowledge of recruitment-based web sites and sourcing tools. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. General knowledge of applicable employment laws and practices. Must be well-organized, dependable and team-oriented with the ability to prioritize, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and work effectively with all. Ability to travel.
Three to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience for corporate setting. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred. Industry certifications a plus (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP).
