Recruiter Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)Duration: 6 Months

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team supporting hiring across Customer Success and Sales organizations. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing talent pipelines, driving sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of Customer Success and Sales roles.
• Source, engage, assess, and hire high-quality candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize market intelligence and talent insights to advise stakeholders on hiring trends and talent availability.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate information within ATS/TMS platforms.
• Ensure recruitment processes are completed efficiently while meeting hiring goals and timelines.
• Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools and technologies to improve sourcing and recruitment effectiveness.

Required Experience

Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience within agency, RPO, or in-house environments.

Alternatively, 2–3 years of strong recruitment experience focused on Sales or Customer Success hiring.

Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

Experience recruiting within technology, SaaS, software, or other fast-paced commercial environments.

Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement capabilities.

Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume recruitment environment.

Proven ability to build relationships and influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate management skills.

Experience using ATS/TMS platforms and modern recruitment technologies.AI fluency and comfort leveraging technology to enhance recruitment outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across EMEA markets.
• Background hiring for Sales, Customer Success, Commercial, Revenue, or Go-To-Market functions.
• Additional European language skills are advantageous.
