Recruiter Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)Duration: 6 Months
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team supporting hiring across Customer Success and Sales organizations. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing talent pipelines, driving sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience within agency, RPO, or in-house environments.
Alternatively, 2–3 years of strong recruitment experience focused on Sales or Customer Success hiring.
Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Experience recruiting within technology, SaaS, software, or other fast-paced commercial environments.
Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement capabilities.
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate management skills.
Experience using ATS/TMS platforms and modern recruitment technologies.AI fluency and comfort leveraging technology to enhance recruitment outcomes.
