We're looking for a Talent Delivery Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in recruiting interns, apprentices, and graduates. In this role, you'll partner closely with Talent Attraction teams, hiring managers, and stakeholders to deliver an outstanding hiring journey from interview through offer stage.🔹

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process for university talent programs
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to achieve hiring goals
• Coach candidates throughout the recruitment journey
• Leverage data, KPIs, and pipeline insights to drive hiring success
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen employer branding
• Influence stakeholders and contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives🔹

What We're Looking For

• ✔ 3+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience✔ Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills✔ Experience managing recruitment pipelines and hiring targets✔ Ability to assess talent and provide meaningful candidate feedback✔ Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills✔ Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities✔ Fluent English communication skills
