Recruiter

Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. As Recruiter Consultant, you will work on a diverse range of projects. Through relevant experience, you will have been exposed to multiple and ideally complex (global) projects and businesses and be able to adapt these to our clients' unique environment.

Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Dublin officeThis is a 6-month ContractKEY DELIVERABLES Hiring for Sales team (SMB, BDR, Account Executive roles) and Customer Success team.

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer managementManaging stakeholders remotelyEXPERIENCE REQUIREDRecruitment experience across EMEA markets (ideally but open)Tech recruitment and/or sales recruitment experience.

In-house recruitment experience (especially for Customer Success roles).

Fluent in English, additional European language is a bonus, not mandatory.

Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Strong stakeholder and hiring manager management.

Teamwork and collaboration.
