Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temp Contract) (IMMEDIATE START)

The Role

Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their team immediately during a transition period. This role would suit someone who is hands on, can hit the ground running and is comfortable with Workday.

This is a fully remote position but applicants must be Dublin-based.

What You’ll Be DoingManaging the end-to-end process from initial briefing to offer negotiation.

Complete pre-employment processes in line with legislation and policy, in collaboration with HR Coordinators.

Partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.

Use HR technology solutions (e.g., Workday) to manage recruitment processes efficiently and maintain accurate records.

Ensuring every applicant receives timely feedback and a professional journey.

What You Bring to the TableExperience

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house preferred).
• Industry Knowledge: Experience working within a highly regulated industry (Healthcare experience preferred but not essential).
• Agility: The ability to pivot quickly between different roles and priorities and manage high-volume requsitions.
