Role 1 – Early Careers Recruiter | Dublin City Centre | 6 Month ContractJoin a world-class university recruitment programme and manage end-to-end hiring for interns, apprentices and graduates. You'll be delivery focused, candidate obsessed, and comfortable working at pace within a global team.

What you need

• 3+ years recruitment experience
• Strong candidate management and stakeholder skills
• Early careers or grad recruitment experience a bonus
• Someone who can hit the ground running from day one

• Full Cycle Recruiter | Sandyford, Dublin | 12 Month Contract | x8 Positions
• This is a full cycle desk focused on Sales and Customer Success hiring.
• You'll own the process end to end — sourcing passive talent, managing senior stakeholders, and driving offers to close. 8 positions available so we are moving quickly on this one.

What you need

• 4+ years full cycle recruiting experience — agency and/or in-house
• Strong passive sourcing and cold outreach ability
• Tech sector experience preferred
• Comfortable influencing at senior and executive level
• AI fluency and ATS experience an advantage
