About the Role
Our client is a major player in the global telecommunications industry, with a strong footprint in Spain and international operations across Europe and Latin America. The Madrid hub drives a large part of the group's tech transformation: network modernization, digital platforms, data and AI initiatives, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
- To support this growth, the company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will combine hands-on tech recruitment with the delivery of broader HR projects, including the internal mobility program across the group's geographies.📍 Location: Madrid, Spain, hybrid (3 days on-site) 📅 Start date: ASAP 💼 Industry: Telecommunications 💻 Contract: Permanent (Contrato indefinido)🎯 Mission
- Manage end-to-end recruitment on tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and network engineering
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to scope openings, align on profiles, and steer the selection process
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal ATS, employee referrals and direct approach
- Drive HR projects beyond pure recruitment, with a strong focus on the international mobility program (process design, cross-country coordination, candidate experience)
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company in the local tech ecosystem
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health and time-to-hire to support data-driven decisions🛠️ Technical Environment

Required Skills
- Must have:3 to 4 years of experience in tech recruitment, agency or in-house
- Solid track record on full-cycle recruitment for engineering, data or cloud roles
- Hands-on experience contributing to or leading HR projects beyond recruitment (mobility, onboarding, employer branding, process design)
- Strong sourcing skills, comfortable with Boolean and direct approach
- Fluent Spanish and professional English
- Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a telecommunications, large tech or international group environment
- Exposure to international mobility frameworks (visa, relocation, tax basics)
- Familiarity with enterprise HRIS (Workday, Success

- Base salary: 40,000 to 50,000 € gross annual, depending on experience
