About the Role
This is a broad and hands-on HR Generalist role with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition, alongside exposure to HR operations and Compensation & Benefits. Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting HR initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing practical and commercial HR advice
- Support organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
- Handle employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across business functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies
- Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives HR Operations & C&B
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits review
- Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant and up to date Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 5-8 years of HR experience, ideally within financial services or insurance
- Proven experience in HRBP and/or Talent Acquisition roles
- Solid understanding of Hong Kong employment ordinances and HR best practices
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a lean team environment Language Requirements
- Native Mandarin speaker (essential)
