Director, Human Resources Business Partner Lead

Reporting to the CHRO, this is a senior leadership role to helm the HRBP team for a prominent Singapore-headquartered organization.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Drive the People agenda in accordance with business priorities and organizational visionPlay an advisory role to senior business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives.

Provide leadership to a team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR guidance across all functions and ensure service deliverables are met and aligned with business objectivesSpearhead initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and performance management to promote a high-performing work cultureTo be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree qualified with at least 20 years solid HR experience across the full spectrum of HR, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
• Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities
• Experience leading HR teams in large and complex organisations will be beneficial
• Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels
• Good organizational skills with an energetic and flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
