About the Role

5 Ace Solutions is an event marketing and direct sales firm based in Denver, CO. In partnership with Leaf

Filter, we are hiring Entry Level Event Marketing Manager Trainees to represent Leaf

Filter at live events, pop-up activations, and face-to-face marketing campaigns across the Denver area. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience in event marketing, customer engagement, and team leadership — with a clear path into a full management position. Full paid training is provided from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Represent Leaf

Filter at live events, pop-up activations, and community marketing campaigns throughout the Denver area

  • Engage with customers face-to-face, presenting Leaf

Filter products and services in a clear and compelling way

  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure each activation runs smoothly

  • Learn event campaign strategy, client management, and team coordination through structured training

  • Track and report daily event results including customer interactions and leads generated

  • Support and collaborate with team members to hit daily and weekly campaign goals

  • Work toward taking on greater responsibility in event planning and team leadership

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Goal-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn

  • Able to work a full-time schedule including some evenings and weekends

  • No prior event marketing or management experience required — full training provided

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality (not required)

How Pay Works

This is a full-time hourly position with a pay range of $18.00 – $22.00/hour, paid every week. Pay increases are tied to performance, experience, and growth within the role. This is not a commission-only position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Denver, CO. You will represent Leaf

Filter at live events and pop-up marketing activations across the Denver area. No remote or work-from-home options are available.
