Our founders spent years on both sides of the hiring table - watching brilliant candidates get ghosted and great companies struggle to find anyone decent. The process was broken. Every tool was either a glorified spreadsheet or an ad platform pretending to be a talent solution.

So in 2021, we started building what we wished existed - an intelligent engine that actually understood people, not just their PDFs.
