This is the problem we woke up angry about. So we built a platform that actually works for the candidate - honest scores, legitimate listings, AI that explains itself, and human experts when you need them.
Our Story
The hiring process fails candidates at every step. ATS software rejects qualified people on technicalities. Job boards monetise clicks, not placements - so fake and expired listings stay live for weeks. Recruiters disappear. Feedback never arrives. Most job seekers are flying blind.
We built Recruit Myself in 2025 to tear down every one of those failure points. An AI that scores your CV honestly and tells you exactly what to fix. A job board with only legitimate, live listings - ranked to your actual profile. Human career experts who apply on your behalf when you need them.
Six months in, we are active in 40+ countries with 1,000+ companies hiring through the platform. The mission has not changed: the job market was built against candidates. We are rebuilding it for them.
