Our Story
We watched talented professionals apply to hundreds of roles, tailor every resume, and still hear nothing back. Meanwhile, great companies were spending thousands on job boards - and still struggling to find the right people.
The problem wasn't effort. It was infrastructure. The tools hadn't kept up with how hiring actually works in a global, remote-first world.
So in 2025, we launched Recruit Myself in Dubai - an AI-first platform built to understand people, not just parse PDFs. One that works equally hard for the candidate and the employer.
Six months in, we're active in 40+ countries with 1,000+ companies hiring through the platform. The job market was broken. We're fixing it.
