We’re looking for a driven, commercially savvy Conference & Events Sales Manager to take the lead at Easter Road Stadium – an iconic venue and the home of Hibernian FC.

From high-energy corporate events to unforgettable private functions and community experiences, this is your chance to shape how one of Edinburgh’s most unique venues shows up in the market. You’ll be selling experiences in a stadium that means something to businesses, to fans, and to the community!

What you’ll be doing…

This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait role. You’ll be right at the heart of the action:

  • Driving new business through proactive outreach, networking, and smart market activity

  • Turning enquiries into confirmed, revenue-generating events

  • Hosting engaging venue tours and standout client presentations

  • Building strong partnerships with corporates, agencies & local organisations

  • Representing the stadium at industry events and networking opportunities

  • Owning your sales pipeline and performance through CRM tracking

  • Working closely with operations & catering to deliver seamless, memorable events

  • Consistently hitting (and exceeding) targets and revenue goals

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 37.5 Hours per week | 9:00- 17:00
