Responsibilities:
Manage events calendar and coordinate with Retail and Attractions teams; update weekly events with the Admin on Marketing/Operating Hours/Events calendar.
Coordinate and lead weekly Event Operations cross‑functional meetings; plan and review event schedules and individual resumes with the team before distributing; pre‑plan meetings and content for discussion with the Events team in advance.
