Data Analyst Support Location: Jurong Duration: Asap – 1 Year (Renewable), Mon – Fri Salary: Up to $5,000/Mth + Completion Bonus

Job scope:- Analyze data from Maintenance Alert Systems to uncover performance trends, detect anomalies, and determine root causes- Design and deliver real-time KPI dashboards, including interactive visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau, to enhance visibility of maintenance performance- Provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to support upcoming maintenance activities- Leverage AI and digital technologies to enable predictive planning and optimize maintenance scheduling- Oversee data related to the receipt and issuance of maintenance parts to ensure operational efficiency- Monitor and forecast spare parts requirements in alignment with maintenance plans- Compile and present monthly inventory reports with recommendations for management review- Apply AI tools to integrate maintenance and inventory data, improving demand forecasting accuracy- Enhance and automate inventory reporting processes to reduce manual workload- Support the development of AI-driven Maintenance Work Processes- Contribute to the implementation of AI-powered Maintenance Knowledge Management systems- Assist in building and improving AI-enabled Maintenance Work Order systems

Requirements:- Singaporeans Only - Min diploma in Data Analytics/ Software/ Ai discipline - Min 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and AI-driven solutions preferably in manufacturing and facilities maintenance environment
