Data Analyst (Onsite Cebu)

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data operations, improve decision-making, and strengthen internal workflows. This role spans analytics, auditing, research, and operational support, helping shape a more structured and scalable analytics function. If you enjoy solving problems, spotting inconsistencies, and turning data into actionable insights, this role is a great fit.

Core Responsibilities:

Perform project and task impact analyses to support operational and strategic decisions
Conduct shipping cost audits and identify discrepancies or efficiency opportunities
Maintain and enhance team metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking systems
Execute research and investigation tasks to resolve inconsistencies or anomalies
Identify patterns, red flags, risks, and workflow issues within data processes
Communicate insights clearly and proactively across teams
Support development and integration of AI-powered tools and automation

Qualifications:

Strong curiosity and ability to identify patterns and irregularities
High attention to quality and detail (self-QA required)
Confidence to speak up and proactively flag risks or issues
Growth mindset and willingness to learn technical skills
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured problem-solving
Clear and vocal communication skills
Experience in e-commerce operations or marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, e

Bay)
Familiarity with FBA workflows or associated costs
Exposure to analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, SQL)
Interest in automation or AI tools
