Business Analyst (Not Data Analyst)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

You'll join a team of pro-level software engineers and solution gurus working on challenging applications and service-based product development.

Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

• Conduct a thorough analysis of business requirements, user needs, and market trends to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions.

Documentation

• Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Analyze and prioritize requirements, considering feasibility, business value, and project constraints.

• Detail out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features, etc., ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured.

• Construct project documents (BRD, FRD) as per the project requirement and develop Flow charts, Use case diagrams, ER diagrams, and User stories.

Scrum Calls And Meetings

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication, coordination, and successful implementation of requirements.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback collection and resolution of issues.

• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Knowledge of the latest technologies:

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business analysis.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a product OR Web and Mobile app development company.

• Clear and concise communication and project management skills.

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
