The Mission

Roman’s Pizza is growing at a rapid rate. We don’t just need someone to look at the past; we need a CA(SA) to help us map out the future. Reporting directly to the Financial Executive, you will be the "engine room" for financial insights, turning complex data into the strategic maps we use to scale our nationwide footprint.

What you will be responsible for

• Strategic Insights: Move beyond the numbers to explain the "why" behind performance, providing the Fin. Exec with clear data-driven recommendations.

• Consolidated Reporting: Own the complexity of reporting across our various business units, ensuring accuracy and clarity at a group level.

• Forecasting the Future: Lead the budgeting and rolling forecast cycles, acting as a key partner in strategic decision-making.

• Profitability Architecture: Perform deep-dive cost and profitability analysis to identify where we can optimize and where we should double down.

• System Innovation: Help us evolve our financial systems and data visualization (Power BI/Excel) to make reporting faster and smarter.

• Governance: Manage the high-level audit prep and IFRS compliance (the foundation that allows us to grow safely).

We’re Looking For

• The Qualification: CA(SA) is non-negotiable.

• The Experience: 3+ years post-articles. If you’ve worked in a Group Reporting or FP&A environment, you’re our top pick.

• Excel Mastery: You should be able to build complex models and dashboards in your sleep.

• The Mindset: You aren't just an accountant; you are a business analyst who happens to have a CA qualification. You thrive on finding the "missing piece" in a data set.
