IT Infrastructure Engineer - Apply

Operates across networking, systemsadministration, and cloud operations to manage and supportthe organization’s infrastructure.

·Manages and supports theorganization’s IT infrastructure.
·Acts as the sole internal IT resource,coordinating with third-party IT vendors and suppliers.
·Ensures performance, security, and reliabilityacross all systems.

·Manages and supports allaspects of Layer 1 (physical infrastructure), including but not limited tostructured cabling, hardware installation, patching, power management, andensuring reliable and secure connectivity. Collaborates proactively with cross-functionalteams to uphold industry standards and drive continuous improvement in physicalnetwork infrastructure.

·Administers and optimizes

Layer 2 and Layer 3 environments, including but not limited to networkswitching, VLAN configuration, IP routing, and address management. Providesexpert oversight of server infrastructure, network architecture, disaster recoveryplanning, and backup solutions as illustrative examples. Responsibilitiesencompass configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and comprehensivemaintenance to ensure seamless, secure, and resilient IT and network operationsin alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Requirements

Must-Have:
· 3–5 years experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, ornetwork support (enterprise/multi-site preferred).
· Strong skills in:
o Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, Group

Policy)
o End-user device troubleshooting
o Physical hardware (servers, racks, network devices)
o Backup & disaster recovery
o Remote server management
o NAS/SAN storage
o Telephony & unified communications
o Virtual desktop / remote access
o Network management (L1–L3), switches & routers
o OS updates & patching
· Excellent communication skills; bilingual (Arabic & English).

Preferred:

· Knowledge of ISO standards (27001, 20000) and compliance frameworks(NIST, CIS, GDPR).
· Linux administration and scripting (Power

Shell, Bash, Python).
· Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, hybrid) and hybrid integration.
· Advanced troubleshooting (Windows/Linux).
· Firewall administration, ticketing systems, project/change management.
· Relevant certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, AWSSolutions Architect.
· Familiarity with backup tools (Veeam, Commvault), storage systems(Net

App, Dell EMC), and monitoring tools (Splunk, Zabbix).
