Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Systems Owner)

Location: Singapore onsite office

Requirements:

Possess excellent command of written and spoken English.

Requires native or high-level proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia/Malay to support our business/user teams in Indonesia.

Only candidates with existing eligibility to work in Singapore will be considered.

Role Summary:

Senior full-stack engineer to own and evolve our in-house platform end-to-end (architecture, infrastructure, coding, data, and operations). This is a hands-on role with accountability for reliability, security, delivery and maintainability.

You bring 5+ years building and supporting production systems in the Microsoft stack (ASP.NET, VB.NET/C#) and can translate ambiguous business needs into pragmatic designs and shipped features.

You may be required to travel overseas to manage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & ownership: Define and develop a secure multi-tenant, role-based platform.

Full-stack delivery: Build, review, and ship production-ready backend and frontend code.

Data & ops: Own database design, deployments, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery.

Stakeholders & standards: Turn requirements into specs; mentor engineers; set practical coding standards.

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

End-to-end ownership: From discovery and design to release and long-term support.

Backend:

.NET Core/C# and VB.NET (required); Node.js or Python (bonus).

Frontend:

Type

Script + React/Next.js; experience building PWAs.

Databases:

Strong MS SQL Server (required) and PostgreSQL (bonus) design/performance skills.

Infrastructure:

Docker (bonus); cloud/on-prem hosting (required); familiarity with serverless/edge (bonus).

Additional Skills (bonus):

AI-assisted development workflows and/or chatbot implementation.

Data analytics experience or workflow automation.

Works autonomously in an agile SME environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Proven track record of managing production systems end-to-end.

Ability to travel occasionally to manage on-site project implementations.

Bonus:

Prior experience in aviation, freight forwarding, or complex supply chain tech.
