Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to guide a team in developing advanced, cloud-native applications primarily using .NET, React, and Azure. This role demands strong technical leadership in architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust solutions. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a software engineering team.

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native software architectures.

• Drive the development and deployment of high-quality software solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

• Collaborate with product managers to define project scope and timelines.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6-9 years of professional software development experience with .NET, React, and Azure.

• Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, and Azure cloud services.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire engineering teams.
