Node JS FullStack developer(Node + React)

Role: Node JS Full Stack Developer

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, high-performance web applications. You will architect and deliver end-to-end features — from designing RESTful in Node.js to crafting polished, responsive UIs in React and Next.js — while championing engineering best practices including containerization, automated testing, and microservices design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Express / Fastify

• Build performant, accessible UIs with React and Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR)

• Develop and maintain microservices with event-driven communication (Kafka / RabbitMQ)

• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E tests using Jest, Vitest, and Playwright

• Containerize applications with Docker

• Define and consume RESTful APIs

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git

• Perform code reviews on engineering best practices

• Monitor and optimize system performance, observability, and reliability (SLA/SLO)

Required Skills & Tech Stack

• Backend development using Node.js, Express.js, Fastify, and building REST APIs

• Frontend technologies including React.js, Next.js (SSR / SSG / ISR), Type

Script, and Tailwind CSS

• Hands-on experience with State Management tools such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, or SWR

• Experience working with Databases like PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB

• Good understanding of Testing frameworks including Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Supertest, Playwright, or Cypress

• Experience with Containerization using Docker

• Exposure to Dev

Ops / CI/CD tools such as Git

Hub Actions, Git

Lab CI, or Jenkins

• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure

Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of fullstack development experience in production environments

• Strong proficiency in Type

Script across both frontend and backend

• Good understanding of SOLID principles

• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint ceremonies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
