AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary We are seeking an AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in building AI-driven applications and full-stack systems. This role focuses on designing and developing a custom CRM platform enhanced with large language model (LLM) capabilities for intelligent automation and improved user interactions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating LLMs into business applications and a solid understanding of CRM workflows. Key Responsibilities Design and develop a scalable CRM platform aligned with business requirements Integrate LLM-based APIs (e.g., Claude or similar) to enable intelligent automation such as lead management, summarization, and email drafting Build conversational interfaces for chat-based CRM interactions Develop backend services and APIs using technologies such as Python or Node.js Design and implement frontend applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue Architect and manage databases using SQL and/or NoSQL technologies Automate workflows including lead scoring, follow-ups, and reporting using AI capabilities Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance standards are maintained Optimize prompt engineering strategies and improve LLM performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions Required Qualifications 7+ years of overall experience with 3–4 years of relevant experience in AI/LLM-based development Strong experience with large language models (LLMs), such as Claude or similar systems Proficiency in backend development using Python or Node.js Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hub

Spot, or custom-built platforms Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience building AI-powered SaaS applications Understanding of sales pipelines and CRM domain workflows Experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade applications Familiarity with performance optimization and AI model tuning Education: Bachelors Degree
