Full Stack Developer (Growth / Payments)

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to support growth-related engineering work, with a focus on payment systems, subscriptions, and user conversion flows.

The role involves working closely with the Growth team to build and maintain systems such as paywalls, subscription logic, analytics tracking, and experimentation tools.

Key Responsibilities

Payments & Subscriptions

• Build and maintain Stripe subscription systems, including billing flows, webhooks, upgrades, and payment failure handling

• Support Razorpay integration for payment processing, including UPI and subscriptions

• Develop and maintain entitlement and access control logic

Growth & Conversion Systems

• Implement paywalls and conversion-related features

• Support A/B testing and experimentation setup

• Contribute to feature flagging or testing frameworks

Analytics & Tracking

• Implement GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) tracking

• Support funnel tracking and event instrumentation

Web & Marketing Support

• Support development of marketing websites and landing pages

• Assist with SEO-related technical implementation and programmatic pages

Messaging & Integrations

• Integrate tools such as Intercom for user messaging and lifecycle communication

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer

• Strong experience with Java

Script and/or Type

Script

• Experience implementing Stripe subscription or billing systems in production

• Experience with A/B testing tools or feature flag systems

• Experience with GA4 and GTM implementation

• Experience integrating APIs and working with web performance considerations

• Understanding of technical SEO principles

Preferred Experience

• Experience with payment systems in multiple regions (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay)

• Experience working in growth, analytics, or marketing-related engineering teams

• Experience with experimentation platforms or conversion optimisation systems
