Full Stack Developer

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting internal systems and applications to improve business operations, data accuracy, and process efficiency across RBDB companies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

• Develop and maintain web-based internal systems and applications.

• Create user-friendly interfaces and functional back-end logic.

• Design and manage databases to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

• Implement system features based on approved business requirements.

SYSTEM SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE

1. Troubleshoot and fix system bugs and technical issues.

2. Perform system updates, enhancements, and basic optimizations.

3. Ensure system security, access control, and data protection.

COORDINATION & DOCUMENTATION

1. Coordinate with users to understand system needs and workflows.

2. Prepare basic technical documentation and user guides.

3. Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT

• Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

· With or without relevant work experience

· Basic knowledge of front-end and back-end development

· Familiar with web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java

Script)

· Basic understanding of databases and APIs

· Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git)

· Ability to understand business processes and system requirements

· Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills

· Can work independently or as part of a team

· Willing to learn new technologies and systems

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per hour
