Full Stack Developer Internship

Core Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python for building scalable backend systems, business logic, and application workflows critical to HELPSTiR’s platform.

• Expertise in FastAPI for designing high-performance REST APIs, async request handling, and seamless backend service architecture.

• Working knowledge of React, including functional components, hooks, and frontend-backend API integration to support dashboard and website interfaces.

• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL for schema design, efficient query writing, performance optimization, and secure data management.

• Experience with database integration tools such as SQLAlchemy, migrations, and ORM-based architecture for maintainable systems.

• REST API design and integration capabilities to ensure robust communication between frontend, backend, and third-party systems.

• Docker and Docker Compose proficiency for containerization, deployment consistency, and scalable development workflows.

• Git for version control, collaboration, and structured development lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with Claude Code for AI-assisted coding, debugging, development acceleration, and workflow optimization. Claude should be used not just as a coding assistant, but as a productivity and architectural support tool.
