Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

• We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to develop and maintain internal web applications and digital platforms supporting our EV manufacturing operations. The role involves building scalable, high-performance applications and contributing to architecture decisions, system optimization, and end-to-end product development.

Key Responsibilities & Required Technical Skills:

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack

• Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js / Next.js

• Build and manage RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js

• Design, implement, and manage databases using MongoDB (Mongoose), MySQL, and PostgreSQL

• Apply strong Java

Script (ES6+) concepts and modern frontend practices

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability

• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build internal tools, dashboards, and automation systems

• Use Git for version control and follow coding standards, code reviews, and CI/CD practices

• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Linux servers

Additional Responsibilities (New Additions):

• Design system architecture and contribute to technical decision-making

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability (lazy loading, caching, API optimization)

• Implement logging, monitoring, and error tracking tools (e.g., Winston, Sentry)

• Write unit and integration tests using tools like Jest / Mocha / Cypress

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

• Ensure data security, compliance, and backup strategies

• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team

Enhanced Tech Stack (New Additions):

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Redux / Zustand, Tailwind CSS / Material UI

• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, GraphQL (optional exposure)

• Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis (caching)

• Dev

Ops & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes (basic exposure), CI/CD (Git

Hub Actions / Jenkins)

• Cloud & Hosting: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), Azure, GCP

• Monitoring & Logging: Sentry, Log

Rocket, Prometheus (good to have)

Good to Have:

• Experience in developing ERP systems, dashboards, or internal tools

• Exposure to Shopify integrations or other e-commerce platforms

• Familiarity with Docker or cloud deployment

• Understanding of system architecture and scalable application design

• Hands-on experience with advanced libraries in React.js and Express.js

• Exposure to microservices architecture and API gateway patterns

Preferred Qualifications (Enhanced):

• 4–6 years of overall experience in full stack development

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Experience working on production-grade, scalable applications

• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Agile development methodologies

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
