Front-End Full Stack Developer

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX & Front-End Development

• Design, develop, and enhance responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality code.

• Improve platform usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.

• Optimize content presentation for different devices and screen sizes.

• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI components.

Full Stack Development

• Work on both front-end and back-end components when required.

• Integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between front-end and server.

• Collaborate with backend developers to improve system performance.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.

• Implement best practices for SEO, accessibility, and performance.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.

• Provide technical insights for improving UI/UX and system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Java

Script (ES6+)

• Experience with modern frameworks such as React.js / Angular / Vue.js

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design systems

• Familiarity with REST APIs and API integration

• Basic to intermediate experience with backend technologies (Node.js / Python / PHP)

• Experience with version control tools like Git

• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI libraries (Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)

• Knowledge of state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail, especially in UI/UX design

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
