Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead(AI +UI/UX+Coding + AWS + DevOps) (Chandigarh)

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in AWS, Dev

Ops, and AI-assisted development. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, from architecture to deployment, and leading the development of a scalable SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of a multi-tenant SaaS platform (Job Portal + ATS + CRM)
• Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs
• Develop frontend interfaces for web applications
• Set up and manage AWS infrastructure (Dev/Test/Prod environments)
• Implement Dev

Ops practices (CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, scaling)

• Optimize performance, cost, and system reliability on AWS
• Integrate AI tools for code generation, resume parsing, and matching engines
• Ensure data security, compliance, and system uptime
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead / mentor a small development team (if applicable)

Key Skills Required

• Solid experience in Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend)
• Hands-on expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS/PostgreSQL, Lambda, Cloud

Watch, IAM)

• Experience in Dev

Ops (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, deployment automation)

• Knowledge of scalable SaaS architecture (multi-tenant systems)
• Experience in API development & integrations (REST, third-party APIs)
• Exposure to AI/ML tools, LLM integration, or AI-assisted coding
• Strong understanding of database design (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with system performance optimization & cost control on AWS
