KronosX AI Labs is building the agentic data infrastructure layer for regulated industries like healthcare, insurance, and finance. Our systems handle sensitive data and must be rock-solid before hitting production.

Role Summary

We are currently managing active enterprise customer deployments and our core AI services run on Python/FastAPI, while backend systems are written in Go for performance and scalability.

You will focus on designing and building backend services, integrate with AI/ML services, APIs, and systems that power production-grade applications. You’ll also work closely with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerized environments, ensuring smooth deployments and reliable services.

What You’ll Work On

• Build backend services in Go and integrate them with existing FastAPI-based AI services

• Design and develop scalable REST APIs with clean architecture and strong fundamentals

• Work with Docker-based environments for local and production setups

• Contribute to cloud-based deployments (AWS/GCP) and understand how services run in production

• Collaborate on Kubernetes-based deployments (EKS/GKE) as part of the platform evolution

• Debug real production issues and improve system reliability

• Add logging, monitoring, and basic observability to backend services

Must-Have Skills

• Go (Golang): net/http, at least one framework (Gin/Echo/Chi), REST API development

• Python: FastAPI basics, async concepts, API integration

• Backend fundamentals: API design, authentication (JWT), request/response lifecycle

• Containers: Docker, Docker Compose, basic Linux usage

• Cloud basics: AWS or GCP (compute, storage, networking fundamentals)

• Databases: familiarity with at least one (Postgres / MongoDB / Redis)

• Understanding of how production systems work (logs, errors, debugging)

Good to Have

• Kubernetes basics: Deployments, Services, Ingress

• Exposure to EKS / GKE

• CI/CD basics (Git
