This is a full-time on-site role for a Back End Developer based remotely in India. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing software solutions using object-oriented programming, integrating front-end elements with server-side logic, and ensuring optimal performance and scalability. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust systems that align with client goals and business needs.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs

• Build clean, efficient, and reusable code using modern programming practices

• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability

• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

• Ensure security, data protection, and best coding practices

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical improvements

& :

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development

• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Python, Django, Node.js, C#, or similar)

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles

• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL) and data modeling

• Understanding of frontend-backend integration workflows

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment

• Strong ability to create clear, structured, and maintainable technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Knowledge of microservices architecture

• Familiarity with Dev
