Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Node.JS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase.
Optimize application performance and scalability by conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Node.JS development.
Propose and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve the development process.
Work closely with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimations.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers in the team.
Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Ensure code quality and maintain coding standards throughout the development process.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Continuously improve and optimize existing codebase to enhance application performance and user experience.
Comply with company policies and procedures, including security protocols, coding standards, and documentation requirements.
